JailHost in Shared Hosting

You can take advantage of JailHost with each and every shared hosting plan that we provide and protect your sites against attacks really easy. Each domain and subdomain in the Hepsia Control Panel which comes with our solutions has a separate folder and in contrast to what can often happen with some other Control Panels, the content isn't mixed up within a single main folder, so maintaining your Internet sites separate is much simpler. Allowing JailHost for any website takes just a few clicks, so even if you do not have a lot of experience, you will not need any special skills to be able to keep your websites secure. The option isn't active by default in case that you'd like to use a script that needs access to an additional folder in your account. If you use JailHost, the remaining Internet sites that you have will be protected, but even a hacked one won't remain damaged for long since we'll have a couple of daily backup copies for it all the time, so we can easily restore it.

All our semi-dedicated hosting packages come with JailHost included by default. This feature is not enabled automatically when you add a domain name because you may want to use a certain script which accesses different folders in the account, yet you can activate it with ease from your Hepsia Control Panel and protect your other sites with just a couple of clicks. Hepsia is much better to use for people who have multiple sites as it keeps them in individual folders and doesn't keep the files for several sites in the very same folder like it often happens with many other Control Panels. This enables us to offer JailHost as all the folders can be isolated from one another. In case that any one of your websites gets hacked, we'll almost instantly restore it because of the several daily backups which we will keep and in the mean time your attacker won't be able to do further damage because the access to your other websites will be stopped.
